1. Where are you located?

I am based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, but I am willing to travel to neighboring cities or anywhere else in the country. Stay tuned to my Instagram stories to find out about my upcoming availability!

2. Do you charge a travel fee?

I do not charge travel if you live within a 50-mile radius from me (The Colony, Texas).

4. What can we expect from you as our photographer?

My clients can expect clear and consistent communication from the start. I love to get to know clients beforehand, so I'll set up a 30-minute video consultation in the days leading up to your session. This is your time to let me know what your vision is, to ask any questions that you may have, and to get excited for your session. I can't wait to create a fun day for you!

5. How does pricing work?

I offer a variety of packages to fit your photography needs - whatever they may be! Visit the Investments page to learn more about my pricing. As mentioned above, unless you live within a 50-mile radius from me (The Colony), I do not charge for travel. Please note that if you choose a location which requires an entrance, parking, and/or studio fee, this must be paid by the client.​

6. How does payment work?

Once we have finalized details regarding your shoot, I will collect your first payment to reserve your date and time. The second - and final - payment will be due at least 12 hours before your shoot, in order to receive the services agreed upon. I accept payments via Zelle and Venmo.

7. I've finalized my session date, but what happens if there is inclement weather on the day of my photoshoot?

Let's be real - we all know the weather can be unpredictable, so I'm always keeping an eye on weather forecasts leading up to photoshoots! If there is inclement weather on the day of your session, I will work with you to reschedule for a future date. There is no additional fee required for rescheduling due to the weather.

8. Do you provide the raw unedited photos from our session?

No, I do not. Editing your collection is part of my process, and sending over unedited photos is like submitting an unfinished assignment. It only makes sense for me to provide you with the full Afreen Vision experience, which includes my style of editing!

9. When can we expect to receive our photos?

I know that you'll be excited to see your photos after your photoshoot (and so will I!). You can expect to receive your collection approximately 2 weeks following your session through an online gallery. During busy season, if you do not receive your full collection within the 2 week timeframe, you can expect some previews until the gallery is completely delivered!
